today was very full with digestion process..

hv a breakfast with fried spegeti..of ekceli super spicy fried spegeti ..ngeh3..
30 bijik lada di campk mane xpedas..
therefore..begitulah..ke toilet lah..
lunch? owh ekceli breakfast yg di mksud kn itu jam 1230 trjadi nya..hee..:D
so .. today was xybase BBQ day..or so called family day oso..or pesta mkn..
(when someone said xybase..its ekceli not aonly a software company..
it is a central of EVIL FAT accumulation!!!

my fat is began to grow up healthier without me realiazing it..n now there are..a small part..where.. i am start regretting the way i managed my gizi..sob3)

all the memory of good and bad is continuosly shooting without any interuption..
